Richie Halversen is Director of Church Growth & Revitalization for the Southern Union where he coaches churches, pastors and lay leaders to maximize their impact in evangelism, church planting, and revitalization.

 He has been married to his wife Brittney for 25 years. They have four children: Kaleb, Hayley, Tristen, and Taylor. They live in the Chattanooga area and love spending time with their children hiking, disc golfing and playing games together.
